The National Fair Commission (CONAFER) revealed at the beginning of December the list of new trustees and the board of directors after a selection process that began this October. Cristóbal Fu Guerrero, elected as the new president of the board of trustees, admitted that it is a "tough task." He also said that through a website, all financial information before and after the event will be made public, which must begin on January 21 and end on February 1. There are 13 organizations from the government sector, cultural and agricultural groups, and government institutions that make up the board of trustees. "We are really against the clock," reiterated Cristóbal Fu, also a lawyer, indicating that work is already underway on the formation of the working commissions, which must materialize and energize the event.
